Chaddy, your adventurers have visited some very cool places in the Adventure Log. I was wondering how many of them you have written up as realms sheets.
If you have, I reckon it would be a neat idea to create a page for places/locations visited and then attach the Realms Sheets to the bottom. (Edit: I am just about to attach some Realms Sheets of my own to our other campaign. Much easier to have in one spot).
A place where players can look at the places their PCs have visited would be helpful reminders (and mean you don't have to put all details in the Adv Log).
The addition of the Realms Sheets is a selfish one. I just want to see how other people go about using some of the stuff I have done. In fact, if you had the time I would be VERY interested in a running DM Commentary/Log as well, describing the decisions you make. You know like, "This was a random encounter that I modified b/c…; This fight was too easy; This encounter came about from rolling a modified creature on Connors' Enc Charts; etc". I am just really interested in what is getting used and HOW.
Also, I would love to help. If I could see some of these (and your thoughts) I could offer suggestions, indicate where to go to get stuff, etc.
More to the point, (after reports) I would be very interested in creating some realms for you to drop right in, or help you develop important realms the PCs might visit. (These can be as small as a tiy ruin, caravan, tribe, hamlet, area of desert remember…but happy to help with larger realms too).
Obviously I am missing gaming, but more importantly I am missing the 'creation' side of things. (Our current campaign, being an Adventure Path in a world so well detailed, leaves me with little to do in the grand creation side of things - probably my fav part). If you would rather do everything yourself I fully understand, but even then I would still just love to see some of your won behind the scenes stuff. Stuff that when I DM, I wish I could share with others, but don't get to. (Like I would love to show how I have done the different Goblin Tribes around Sandpoint).
Anyway, happy gaming.
